It is reported that the restaurants on the list of "Black Pearl" are divided into three grades: the first diamond restaurant (a must-eat restaurant for parties), the second diamond restaurant (a must-eat restaurant for anniversaries) and the third diamond restaurant (a must-eat restaurant once in a lifetime), among which the third diamond is the highest.

In this year's "Black Pearl" list, there are 35 restaurants in Guangdong * * *, including 16 in Guangzhou, 11 in Shenzhen, 4 in Shantou and 4 in Shunde, including 1 in Sanzuan Restaurant, 4 in Erzuan Restaurant and 11 in Yizuan Restaurant.
