(3) to organize the formulation of medium and long-term housing construction plans and annual plans; Organize, guide, supervise and coordinate the construction of housing security system; Organize and guide the city's housing reform work.

(4) to organize the preparation of the city's real estate development plan; To assume the responsibility of regulating the order of the real estate market and supervising and managing the real estate market; Work with or cooperate with relevant departments to formulate real estate market supervision policies and supervise their implementation; Responsible for housing registration and file management; Participate in the management of paid transfer of urban land use rights.

(7) to guide and standardize the development of the property management industry; Guide and supervise the city's property management; Responsible for the management and maintenance of directly managed public houses.

(eight) responsible for the supervision and management of all kinds of housing policy funds.

(9) To be responsible for the scientific and technological development, personnel training, continuing education, professional title evaluation and qualification management of housing and urban and rural construction industries in the whole city.

(11) Complete other tasks assigned by the municipal government.
