Today's employment situation is not optimistic and has received widespread attention from all sectors of society, how should we solve it and find the right job for ourselves:

1. Self-reflection.

College students face a variety of contradictions and problems in choosing a career, first of all, we must correctly understand and evaluate themselves, should be clear about their future career development direction is what, their own personality characteristics, their own advantages and shortcomings in where the most suitable for what to do.

College students can choose the standardized test form of psychology according to their own needs, under the guidance of professionals, and test their own personality, temperament, ability, and occupational tendency.

4. Provide guidance on the skills of choosing a career, and carry out healthy psychological education on choosing a career.

Psychological misunderstandings and psychological barriers arising in the process of choosing a career are very much related to the graduates' social experience, knowledge structure, level of understanding, and psychological tolerance, which requires that the relevant departments and faculties of the school should strengthen the work of employment guidance.
