Chinese Chef
From the history of our country, there are the following eight categories of Chinese Chef: Imperial Chef, Nga Chef, Restaurant Chef, Family Chef, Temple Chef, Boat Chef, Military Chef, and Brothel Chef, and there are a number of classifications under each category. For example: the ancient military camps and called the military kitchen for cooks, fireman, fire, fire head, fire head army; religious temples are divided into monks kitchen, Taoist kitchen, rice head, vegetable head; in the restaurant kitchen, the chef's name when it is elegant, known as the authorities, the head of the pan, with the case, the master, the amount of wine, such as doctor.
Chinese chefs nowadays generally have the name of a master chef, but also have the habit of being called the director, the head chef, the head of the fire, and so on.
Western chef
Western chef because of the different positions have different names, but for Chinese diners, generally used Chef to call the western chef
