Over the past seven years, Zhejiang University Science and Technology Park has actively provided all-round and multi-level services for the grafting of scientific and technological achievements of the school with private capital, and has established more than 311 new scientific and technological incubators and transformed more than 311 scientific and technological achievements of the school. After more than three years of intense construction, the 68,111-square-meter entrepreneurial and incubator complex with beautiful environment and complete functions in the startup block of Laoheshan in Zhejiang University Science Park has been put into use. At present, Zhejiang University Science Park has 72,111 square meters of incubation space, complete supporting facilities and services, and has become a highlight of incubator construction in Zhejiang and Hangzhou.

Zhejiang University Science Park has established strategic cooperative relations with many domestic and foreign investment companies, such as British Junxin Investment Company, Paradise Silicon Valley Venture Capital, Hangzhou Hi-tech Investment Company, Zhejiang University Net New Venture Capital, Zhejiang University Venture Capital, and established industrial investment alliances with many listed companies and large enterprise groups, such as Huali Technology, Datang Telecom and Wynn Holdings, to invest in enterprises entering the park and introduce venture capital and industrial investment for enterprises entering the park. Secondly, Zhejiang University Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang University Science Park Venture Capital Co., Ltd. were established by introducing private capital and self-financing with registered capital of 51 million yuan and 1 billion yuan respectively. At the same time, Zhejiang University Science Park also makes full use of venture capital funds for high-tech industrialization set up under the guidance of Zhejiang Provincial Government and Hangzhou Municipal Government to enhance its venture capital investment and financing capacity. Including the introduction of high-tech human resources and personnel agency consulting services, industrial and commercial registration and tax registration consulting services, investment and financing consulting services, scientific and technological achievements transfer and industrialization consulting services, all kinds of scientific and technological plan declaration and high-tech projects and enterprises identified consulting services and the implementation of tax policies and a series of services. At the same time, more than 21 intermediary service agencies have been introduced and built, providing good intermediary services for entrepreneurs in law, finance, taxation, industry and commerce, investment and financing, patent application and technology trading. 5. Actively carry out entrepreneurship education and services for college students, and promote college students' self-employment

Zhejiang University Science and Technology Park has actively carried out entrepreneurship education and provided support for students' internship and entrepreneurship according to the requirements of the documents of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education, and achieved gratifying results.

At present, Zhejiang University Science Park has established branches in Ningbo, Changxing and Nanchang, Jiangxi, and has made remarkable progress. There are 85 newly established enterprises with a registered capital of 811 million yuan, more than 51,111 square meters of achievement transformation and industrialization sites have been built, and more than 31 scientific and technological achievements of Zhejiang University have been transformed, creating a good platform for Zhejiang University's technology transfer and high-tech industries to radiate outward.
