Level 1: President (boss), Vice President (temporarily 1), General Manager (temporarily 3), Deputy General Manager, Director and Deputy Director;

level 2: factory director, senior manager and director

level 3: manager

level 4: director, senior engineer, senior supervisor and senior administrative assistant

level 5: engineer, foreman, supervisor, some assistants and accountant

level 6: quality controller, quality controller, warehouse keeper, cashier and assistant.
