In autumn and winter inspection, the State Council's two important documents and the spirit of three methods are the main contents, and the mine is graded and assessed. In view of the problems found in autumn and winter, the group company held a safety on-site meeting in Hongjingta in time, which clarified the main problems existing in safety production, the present situation of safety production and the focus of safety work in the future, and pointed out the direction for safety production in the transition period of mine technical transformation and integration. In all kinds of safety supervision activities, according to the severity of the problems found, the rectification opinions and safety punishment notices were issued respectively, and the rectification situation was tracked and reviewed, forming a closed system of safety inspection. Throughout the year, * * * conducted more than 3,000 on-site inspections, issued nearly 2,000 notices of rectification opinions, and fined nearly 1.5 million yuan, an increase of nearly 70,000 yuan over 2004. Employees' safety awareness and self-protection ability are important factors to effectively protect employees' life safety and prevent accidents. Efforts to improve the professional quality of all employees are effective measures to ensure safety in production. In view of the characteristics of unstable employment and great mobility in coal mines, the Group Safety Committee invited teachers from Inner Mongolia Coal Mine Safety Training Center to hold three safety technology training courses in Suancigou Mining Area, Hongjingta Mining Area and Nalinmiao Mining Area. * * * 5 15 workers obtained qualification certificates, and sent managers with incomplete and expired certificates to the training center for post qualification training many times, ensuring that all special types of work were certified. During the National Work Safety Month in June, with the theme of "abiding by the law and caring for life", the company extensively carried out safety publicity and education, dispatched a publicity float 1 vehicle, hung a publicity banner 156 in the company building, distributed 4,802 publicity wall charts, made full use of the electronic display screen on the first floor of the building to scroll safety education pictures, and actively participated in the safety speech competition organized by the Municipal Security Committee. And exclusive title sponsorship, two of the three contestants won the second place and one won the third place. At the same time, the safety committee of the group company also organized a coal mine safety knowledge contest. In view of the problems existing in coal mines, in 2005, the group company increased the investment in safety technical measures, with a total investment of more than 30 million yuan.
