1. There is no subsidy for those who have been admitted to three books in Yinchuan, but they can apply for student-origin credit loan.

2. The 13th Five-Year Plan for Poverty Alleviation in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (Ning Zhengfa [2117] No.25) stipulates:

On the basis of the existing subsidy policy, students from poor families who have set up files and set up cards will continue to implement the preferential subsidy policy.

1. Starting from the spring semester of 2117, the school-age children of poor households (including disabled children with financial difficulties from poor households who do not file cards in kindergartens in rural areas) will be exempted from education fees and subsidized with food expenses.

2. Since 2116, tuition fees will be exempted for ordinary high school students from poor families who have set up a file card, and free education will be gradually realized for ordinary high school students from poor families who have set up a file card (tuition fees, accommodation fees and textbook fees will be exempted).

3. Since 2116, students in secondary vocational schools affiliated to Guyuan City have been exempted from accommodation fees and textbook fees and subsidized for living expenses.

4. Tuition fees will be reduced for higher vocational students majoring in agriculture, forestry and normal education who are enrolled by colleges and universities in our region, and for higher vocational students with financial difficulties in other majors. Schools (colleges) will give priority to providing work-study jobs; Students from poor families who have been admitted to full-time colleges and universities in and outside the region to set up a card will be provided with student-origin credit loans.
