1. In accordance with the requirements of the state and the Henan Provincial Health and Health Commission for epidemic prevention and control, strengthen the management of the escort work for hospitalized patients, and in principle, escort is not allowed. Special circumstances require escort, limited to 1 person escort, relatively fixed. Accompanying personnel are required to carry out nucleic acid testing and sign a letter of commitment to accompany them during the COVID-19 epidemic, and wear masks in a standardized manner.
2. Visits are not allowed during the epidemic in principle.
3. The escort certificate shall be issued by the competent physician according to the patient's condition and issued by the nurse, and shall not be lent. Strictly control the frequency of escort personnel entering and leaving the ward, and it is strictly forbidden to cross the ward.
4. Persons under any of the following circumstances are prohibited from accompanying:
Body temperature ≥ 37.3℃;
Within two weeks, he has been to an area where cases in COVID-19 continue to spread or a cluster epidemic area from COVID-19, and has had close contact with confirmed cases or asymptomatic infected people in COVID-19;
There are symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, chest tightness, dyspnea, mild anorexia, fatigue, poor spirit, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, headache, palpitation, conjunctivitis, mild limb or back muscle pain.
5. All the accompanying personnel should cooperate with the hospital for body temperature screening, at least/kloc-0 times in the morning and evening, and actively report and answer whether any COVID-19 infected person has reported their community travel or residence history, and whether they have close contact with the confirmed cases or asymptomatic infected persons in COVID-19. If you have fever, fatigue or respiratory symptoms, you should report to the competent doctor and the responsible nurse in time, and go to the outpatient clinic for medical treatment according to the process.
6. The accompanying personnel shall comply with the following provisions:
Consciously abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital and keep the ward quiet, clean and safe. In order to avoid cross infection, you must wear a mask correctly and don't sit or lie on the patient's bed. Please wash your hands frequently and do good personal hygiene. When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose completely with paper towels, cuffs or elbows. Please throw the used paper towels into the "yellow medical waste" trash can.
Work closely with medical staff to provide psychological support and related care for patients. During hospitalization, please don't take the patient out of the hospital without authorization, and don't change the accompanying staff at will. If it is necessary to change, please inform the doctor in charge and the nurse in charge, and carry out nucleic acid detection on the newly changed escort.
During hospitalization, there is no door-to-door visit or close chat between wards, so as to minimize going out. Don't spread rumors.
Ward should always open the window for ventilation, towels and tableware are not allowed, smoking, drinking, talking loudly, spitting and littering are prohibited in the ward building, and high-power electrical appliances are prohibited.
7. If there is any violation of the above provisions or disturbing the normal medical order of the hospital, the hospital has the right to require the person who refuses to cooperate after being dissuaded by the hospital staff or security guards to replace the escort and terminate his escort qualification. If the circumstances are serious, it shall be handed over to the relevant departments for handling. Anyone who intentionally conceals the epidemiological history and violates the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases will be handed over to the relevant departments for legal treatment.
