After receiving the open letter, the catering service provider shall sign the target responsibility letter formulated by the Provincial Food and Drug Administration with the local catering service food safety supervision department.

third, it is clear that the main person in charge of the enterprise is the first person responsible for preventing illegal addition and abuse of food additives, and the person in charge of raw material procurement and production of ingredients is the direct person responsible, and submits a questionnaire to the regulatory authorities to declare the use of food additives. If consumers ask about the use of food additives, the catering service unit must truthfully inform them, and shall not falsely publicize or deceive consumers.

Fourth, the regulatory authorities at all levels conduct a comprehensive investigation on catering business units within their jurisdiction by means of unannounced visits, etc., to find out the varieties of illegal food additives and food additives that are abused and the types of foods that are easily added. Fifth, increase the punishment for illegal addition and abuse of food additives.
