Mrs. Wang's pot cover noodles began at 19 12. The founder, Mrs. Wang, made a living by setting up a stall in Wujiao Street, Zhenjiang. She rolled the rolling pin long and shouted, "What a pot cover!"

1995, Ms. Wang Afeng, the successor and current chairman, named the brand "Wang Jia Lao tai Guo Gai Mian" to inherit the business of Everbright Zhenjiang and commemorate her grandmother. And in 2007, it formally submitted the application for national trademark registration of Mrs. Wang.

At the beginning of 2002, Mrs. Wang began to yearn for the establishment of her own brand from technical training and fast catering mode. In 2003, Zhenjiang's "Wang Wife" old shop faced demolition. Mr. Wang decided to first establish himself in Changzhou, the city next door to Zhenjiang, and face the whole country.

In 2007, Mrs. Wang opened the first pot cover noodle shop in Xinbei District, Changzhou, and embarked on a long road of joining pot cover noodles.

Since its opening, the company has opened more than 600 franchise stores all over the country and has its own distribution center, including more than 30 in Changzhou alone.
