people are talking about snacks! ! Is Quanjude a snack?
Let me introduce some famous snack bars in Beijing! It is cheap and delicious there!
Xicheng:
Huatian Huguosi Snack Bar: Opposite the People's Theater in Huguosi Street, and a new branch has been opened in the west of Dajie Road at the west exit of Huguosi Street (formerly Laishun in the North), which is very close to Mei Lanfang's former residence. You can go east along Dingfu Street to the former site of Fu Jen University and Gongwangfu Garden.
huatian di' anmen snack bar: located in the northeast corner of di' anmen intersection. Nearby attractions: Jingshan, Beihai Back Gate, Shichahai, Bell and Drum Tower.
Huatian Xi 'anmen Muslim Restaurant: Located at the mouth of Xishiku Street in Xi 'anmen. It's close to Xishi
Le Tu nomad tribe's 5th anniversary, 2117 Tibetan holy land wedding air travel white paper, Golden Week trip, Raiders Library Church, Beihai, Xisi and Xidan.
Huatian Snack Baita Temple Store: opposite Baita Temple, Fuchengmennei Street.
huatian Xincheng snack bar: east of the south side of gaps in Xinjiekou.
Xilaishun Restaurant: the entrance of Xijiaomin Lane in Heping Gate was originally in Baita Temple. Serve some snacks early.
youyishun restaurant: south of Xikou Road, Huangsi Street. Serve some snacks early.
xinrong Muslim snack bar: the northeast corner of the junction of new culture street and downtown. I thought it was long gone, but I passed by recently and found it still there. When I was a child, I ate braised tofu and meatball soup for the first time there.
Nanchang Street Muslim Restaurant: West of the south side of Xihuamen. There are some snacks and fried belly, fried cakes and fried bumps. Stir-fried bumps taste good. Like Enyuanju's, the bumps are all handmade and stir-fried (many shops increase the pot by mechanism and taste like leftovers). The disadvantage is that the side dishes are not rich enough. It is best to add diced cucumber and green bean mouth.
In addition, there is a Minlexuan Muslim Pot Sticker Hall in the east of Liubukou Concert Hall Road, which is the original Hongbinlou Pot Sticker Hall.
Dongcheng:
Longfu Temple Snack Bar and Bai Kui Old Number: Longfu Temple Street in Dongsi is diagonally opposite to the former Longfu Building. Longfu Temple Snacks used to be very famous, but with the decline and demolition of Dongsi Commercial Street, it is not as good as before. The two stores are connected, and the storefront is very large.
Bai kui Lao Hao restaurant: west of northwest corner of Beixinqiao intersection. Former Yangchun Huimin snack bar. Bai Kui Laohao's roast mutton and doornail patties are very famous. It is close to the Lama Temple, imperial academy, Confucius Temple (Capital Museum) and the south gate of Ditan.
Bai kui Lao Hao restaurant: northeast corner of Kuanjie intersection. Here is the head office, there are snacks besides cooking, and the dining environment is good.
Longfu Temple Snack Branch: West of Xitiao, south of Beixinqiao, the store is small, but clean.
longfu temple snack branch: east of the drum tower, with a small storefront. Nearby attractions: Shichahai, Bell and Drum Tower.
Longfu Temple Snack Branch: West of Andingmennei Street, in front of Fangjia Hutong Station on 114 Road. Nearby attractions: imperial academy and Confucius Temple.
In addition, Longfu Temple snacks have a kiosk next to Wangfujing Beijing Painting Shop, but there are only a few kinds of snacks, and even mutton skewers and old corn are sold.
Xinghua Gourmet Fried Belly Shop: It is located opposite the Red Mansion on the beach. Besides fried belly, there are also Muslim snacks, and the meat pies are delicious. The store is not big. Nearby attractions: Forbidden City, Jingshan and Huangchenggen Ruins Park.
Muslim ruizhenhou restaurant: southwest corner of dongsi intersection. Only snacks are taken out, and there is a "Xingyuelou Fried Cake" counter.
Chongwen:
Jinfang Huimin Restaurant: East Road, north side of Hongqiao Market. It's close to the East Gate of the Temple of Heaven. Jinfang's Lantern Festival is very famous, and there will be a long queue in front of the fifteenth day of the first month. The previous period was badly run. Recently, it has been improved, the hygiene is cleaner than before, and the variety has also increased. The only thing that doesn't change is the meat pie. Although the big one is changed into a small one, it's still terrible. There are too many onions!
Jinxin bean juice shop: Ciqikou intersection is northeast. In the past few years, it was one of the few places in Beijing where you can drink bean juice, but now most snack bars have bean juice. (Note: I drank it when I was a child, but the first drinker may not be used to the taste and smell, but after several times, I became addicted.)
Honghu Huimin Snack Bar: It used to be in Longtan Beili, but now it has been moved to the northeast corner of beijing amusement park intersection due to demolition. The dining environment is too bad and there are not many varieties, but it is ok to eat early.
qunfang Huimin snack bar: north of xihuashi street, the dining environment is not good.
Laociqikou Bean Juice Store: It is newly opened, to the east of Honghu Snack Bar. After the restructuring of Jinxin Bean Juice Store, some people started a new shop.
Xuanwu:
Nanlaishun Restaurant: Located on the west side of Daguan Garden, it was relocated from Caishikou, with snacks on the first floor, instant-boiled mutton and stir-fried dishes on the second and third floors. The environment and sanitation are good, and the price is not expensive, but the geographical location is relatively biased and the popularity is not strong.
Xinhua snack bar (non-Muslim): West of the north side of the intersection of Hufangqiao, which used to be famous mainly for its bean juice. There are only bean juice and pot stickers for dinner. Recently, Liulichang and Xinhua Street will be widened, so it seems that this store will inevitably be poisoned.
Nanlaishun Restaurant in Dashilan: the east entrance of Dashilan Street, but now it mainly deals in northwest snacks, instant-boiled mutton and roast duck, and we haven't seen any Beijing snacks.
nanlaishun fried cake shop: north of the intersection of Caishikou and west of frontispiece, which is very small, only takes out food. It's about to be demolished, and the destination is uncertain. (Note: Fried cakes are good. I have to buy them every time I pass by. Now I don't know where to go, and I'm asking ...)
Now the hottest seller of fried cakes is a Tianjin restaurant (Jing Tianhong) next to the Hufangqiao Workers' Club.
(Note: a shop selling fried cakes next to the Yangxiezi store in Xisi Road is also very popular, and there is a queue every time it passes by)
Enyuanju: Qianmen Meishi Street, opposite to Dali Hutong. Enyuanju's fried pimple is said to have got the true biography of "Mukezhai". At present, there are six kinds of flavors, such as three fresh, mushu, diced chicken, beef, minced meat and mutton, which are absolutely first-class, but the business situation is worrying, and the coal market street is also facing demolition.
Tongzhou:
Xiaolou Hotel: the north exit of Tongzhou South Street (behind hualian department store). Tongzhou Xiaolou is a century-old Muslim shop, and its cooking catfish is known as one of the "Three Treasures of Tongzhou". The other two treasures are the sugar fire in Dashunzhai and the fermented bean curd in Wantong sauce garden. There is a snack bar on the first floor
Yuanmingyuan Ruins
Yuanmingyuan has the reputation of "Garden of Ten Thousand Gardens". It was built during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, with more than 141 pavilions, with a total area of 3.5 million square meters. Its land building area is as big as the Forbidden City, and its water area is equal to a Summer Palace.
Yuanmingyuan is composed of Yuanming Garden, Changchun Garden and Wanchun Garden, which are separated by walls, with Wanchun Garden in front and Changchun Garden in the back. The southern part of Yuanmingyuan is the imperial court, where the emperor handles official business. There are 41 scenic spots in other areas, many of which are built directly to imitate the famous gardens in other places. For example, there are also "Ten Scenes of West Lake in Hangzhou", which not only imitates the architectural style, but also has the same name. There are many western-style buildings, among which the most famous one is called Dashuifa, which is a western fountain, a maze of yellow flowers and a western-style balcony.
Yuanmingyuan is also a treasure house, which contains a large number of rare cultural relics, such as calligraphy and painting of famous people, books and records of secret government, Zhong Ding treasures, gold and silver jewelry and so on, and concentrates the essence of ancient Chinese culture and art. However, after the British and French allied forces invaded Beijing in 1861, they plundered the cultural relics and treasures in the garden, and finally set fire to the garden of ten thousand gardens, which is "burning the Yuanmingyuan". After liberation, the government still consciously kept this site for future generations to mourn.

Temple of Heaven
In Chongwen District, Beijing, a few kilometers southeast of the Forbidden City, there is a huge temple dedicated to heaven, the "Temple of Heaven". The total area of the Temple of Heaven is 2.7 million square meters, which is four times larger than the Forbidden City.
The Temple of Heaven covers an area of 273 hectares, and its architectural layout is in the shape of "Hui", which is divided into two parts: the inner altar and the outer altar by two altar walls. The total length of the outer altar wall is 6416 meters and the total length of the inner altar wall is 3292 meters. The southernmost wall is square and symbolic, while the northernmost wall is semi-circular, symbolizing the sky, which means that the sky is high and the south is low, which means that the sky is high and low, and it also means "the sky is round."
In addition to "Heaven", Emperor China had many gods to worship, including the gods of earth, water, agriculture, military, social, religious, citizen and his ancestral tablets. Therefore, the sacrificial activities are the main work of the emperor, which are continuous throughout the year and consume a lot of time. The royal sacrificial buildings are also spread all over the capital and have their own characteristics, which has become a strange scenery in Beijing.

The Summer Palace is mainly composed of Wanshou Mountain and Kunming Lake, with an area of 291 hectares, of which the water area accounts for about three quarters. This classical garden is famous for its grand scale and beautiful appearance. In addition to more than 1,111 classical buildings with ethnic characteristics, such as pavilions, terraces, buildings, pavilions, palaces, temples, pagodas, waterside pavilions, verandahs, long dikes, stone bridges and stone boats, there are also the vast Kunming Lake and the majestic Wanshou Mountain.
The Summer Palace was severely damaged twice in history. In 1861, it was burned down by the British and French allied forces, and it was rebuilt and renamed the Summer Palace. In 1911, it was destroyed by Eight-Nation Alliance again, and it was rebuilt in 1912, which is the present scale.

All the buildings in the imperial palace outside the dynasty are arranged on the central axis, which is symmetrical and orderly.
The outer court is the place where the emperor handles political affairs. There are three main halls: Hall of Supreme Harmony, Hall of Zhonghe and Hall of Baohe. Among them, the Hall of Supreme Harmony is the tallest and most splendid, with a width of 61.1 meters, a depth of 33.33 meters and a height of 35.15 meters. The emperor's enthronement, wedding, conferring, ordering and going out to war will all be held here with a grand ceremony. At that time, thousands of people "shouted for three times" and hundreds of ritual vessels rang with bells and drums, which was extremely royal. The Zhonghe Hall behind the Hall of Supreme Harmony is a place for the emperor to rest and worship before attending major ceremonies, while the Baohe Hall in the northernmost part is a place for the emperor to give a banquet and palace examination.
The imperial palace includes three palaces, namely, Ganqing Palace, Jiaotai Palace and Kunning Palace, as well as the East Sixth Palace and the West Sixth Palace on the east and west sides. This is the place where the emperor and his concubines lived, commonly known as the "three palaces and six courtyards". In the north of the residential area, there is also a small and unique imperial garden, which is a place for the royal family to play.
The Forbidden City is magnificent in scale, well-arranged, beautifully built, rich and luxurious, and has a collection of many rare cultural relics, which is the essence of ancient Chinese architecture, culture and art..

Xiangshan
, also known as Jingyi Garden, is located in the western suburb of Haidian District, Beijing, 21 kilometers away from the urban area, with a total area of 1.61 hectares. It is named after a huge stone shaped like a censer in the mountains. It is a famous forest park in Beijing. In 1186, the Jin Emperor built the Great Eianji here, also known as Kanroji. The Palace of Construction Bank next to the temple was expanded from generation to generation, and it was named Jingyi Garden in the 11th year of Qianlong (1745). In 1861 and 1911, they were robbed and burned, and after 1949, most of the scenic spots were restored. The main attractions are Ghost Seeing Sorrow, Yuhua Villa and Shuangqing Villa.
Ghost Seeing Sorrow is the main peak of Xiangshan Mountain, also known as censer peak, which is 557 meters above sea level. It is called Ghost Seeing Sorrow because the mountain is steep and difficult to climb. Now you can climb to the top by cable car, which takes only 18 minutes, or you can climb to the top on foot. Standing on the main peak and looking around, Shijingshan, the Summer Palace and Yuquan Mountain are vividly visible. When the weather is fine, you can clearly see Beijing.
yuhua mountain villa, located in the middle of the mountain range, is a courtyard-type scenic spot with towering old trees, rows of banyan trees, flowing springs and layers of pavilions. It is an elegant and pleasant place.
