After research, the Municipal People's Government decided to delegate a number of administrative licensing matters. Municipal departments involved in the adjustment of power matters should be handed over to the undertaking department in a timely manner, strengthen the guidance and training of business counterparts in counties (cities, districts), conscientiously do a good job in the follow-up work related to the decentralization of administrative licensing matters, and ensure that the decentralization of licensing matters is in place and the work is not out of touch.
County (city, district) people's government shall, according to the specific circumstances of the decentralization of administrative licensing matters, do a good job in undertaking the decentralization of administrative licensing matters, and timely revise the catalogue of administrative licensing matters at the level. Counties (cities, districts) undertaking departments should take the initiative to connect with superior business departments, ensure that management is in place, earnestly perform administrative examination and approval duties, and promptly disclose service guides and business manuals.
