I also know that beef noodles have the saying "one clear, two white, three red and four green Huang Wu".
But what's the difference between beef noodles in Beijing and those in Lanzhou?

At that time, a classmate in Lanzhou ate Master Kong and said, This noodle soup tastes a bit like our Lanzhou beef noodles. I was secretly wondering: is the soup base of beef noodles so rich? Is it not clear soup? This classmate also told me that every family in Lamian Noodles and Lanzhou can play, but they still have to go out to eat noodles because there is no pot of soup stock. When we came to Lanzhou this time, we asked everyone around us, including taxi drivers, my friends, my college classmates and restaurant owners, which beef noodles were the best?
As a result, we got all kinds of answers, none of which are the same. But everyone says the Oriental Palace is in Lanzhou, so-so.

One or eight kilometers of beef noodles
Walk from the airport to Lianhuo Expressway and enter the downtown area of Lanzhou. Eight kilometers away from the city, there is an exit called "Lanzhou North". From this exit, there is a famous restaurant that eats mutton, called Assia. When I came to Arcia this time, I found that all the small bungalows were demolished and turned into buildings with catering and accommodation. He also opened a beef noodle restaurant called "Eight Kilometers".
As it turns out, you can only eat mutton in Arcia. The mutton here is really delicious, but other things, including this new beef noodle restaurant, are completely unreliable and very bad.
Second, Bai Laoqi
Bai Laoqi is highly recommended by my friend. According to him, after eating Bai Laoqi, you don't have to eat other beef noodles.
So the next morning, although my college classmates wanted to drive me to another noodle restaurant, I came to Bailaoqi at my strong request.
When I arrived at Bailaoqi, I saw piles of empty bowls at the door, and my heart was full of joy. A restaurant where so many people come to eat is unmistakable.
All beef noodles in Lanzhou, regardless of the size of the restaurant, are uniformly priced at a bowl in 7 yuan and a catty in 80 yuan. When the beef was first served, it looked ugly and a little loose, and its color was gray and black. According to what Mr. Cai Lan said when he saw my circle of friends, "it seems that he has no appetite."
When noodles are served, (here I go to all beef noodle restaurants to eat noodles, and the width I want is leek leaves, which makes it easier to judge the quality of noodles). Take a sip of soup, it is very rich, and suddenly I understand what my classmates said, why the soup of Master Kong's instant noodles is closest to Lanzhou beef noodles. This is indeed the taste of the old soup, and with the delicious pepper, I was satisfied before eating noodles.
Have another bite of noodles, not particularly strong, but much better than most beef noodles in Beijing. The most wonderful thing is beef, which is soaked in the soup for a few seconds, fished out and eaten, soft and tender, and fragrant. Bai Laoqi's beef is cut very thin, and the soft texture makes the beef more colorful after soaking in the soup.

Third, the tip of the tongue
It is to remove the tip of the tongue at night. According to my classmate, Lanzhou people eat noodles in the morning and don't eat noodles at night. It's just that the tip of the tongue is open 24 hours a day and there are noodles to eat at night.
I don't know if it's the wrong time to go, or if there are too many chain stores on the tip of my tongue, which affects the quality. This gave me two words: disappointment.
Wrong noodles, wrong soup, wrong beef, wrong pepper. Only the price is right: 7 yuan.
Four, my mill
I asked my classmates: What other beef noodles can you recommend? He said: Then go to Wumule or Mogouyan. The subway is being built near Mogouyan, and there is no place to park. Then let's go to Wumule.
In Wumule, beef is thicker, chewier and more elastic than Bai Laoqi. Personally, I prefer the beef here. Later, I read the comments of many netizens in Weibo, and agreed that my Muller's beef was the best.
The soup here is a little poor. Of course, this difference is only a slight difference. The meat is delicious, and so are the peppers. After the noodles were covered with Artemisia ash, they became more gluten-free, and the family was very satisfied with their food.
Five, grinding ditch edge
I didn't eat green beans. I don't want to. On the day I left Lanzhou, we picked up our luggage and went to grindouyan.
There is really no way to park here, so we have to park our car in binjiang road and walk there. Fortunately, it is only a few hundred meters away.
Judging from the popularity here, it is not worse than my mill, but it is a little less famous among foreign tourists, so there are more locals here.
Generally speaking, this is the best beef noodles I have ever eaten in Lanzhou. Beef is a little worse than Wu Muller, but it is also a little worse. Soup is a little worse than Bai Laoqi, but it is also a little worse. Noodles are delicious. They are the best bowl of noodles I have ever eaten in Lanzhou. They are strong and elastic, and will not go bad if they are soaked in soup for a long time. Red peppers smell good, too. This is the only time I have eaten a whole bowl of noodle soup and noodles in Lanzhou.
Sixth, amber.
Amber has also opened many chain stores in Lanzhou. When I arrived at Lanzhou airport, I saw an amber shop and went in to eat.
I won't describe the eating process in detail. First of all, it's not 7 yuan for a bowl of noodles, but a set meal, a bunch of cold dishes and eggs that you don't like. Secondly, I asked for leek leaves, and as a result, I was served with capillaries. Third, the point is that it tastes bad, even eight kilometers.
Due to the limited time, I can't finish all the beef restaurants recommended by everyone, but I can eat beef noodles like Mogouyan, Wumule and Bailaoqi, which are already glad that you have come.
Summary: In my mind, the comprehensive level is the first, Muller is the second, and Bai Laoqi is the third. Other beef noodles, like nightmares, don't say it.
