4. Each candidate is limited to one recruitment position.

(2) Examination and qualification examination

The examination is divided into two parts: written examination and interview. 2. Qualification examination

Those who pass the written test and enter the interview shall be qualified by the county people's society and the competent department of the recruiting unit. Those who pass the qualification review will be given an interview notice and participate in the interview. If the qualification review fails, the interview qualification will be cancelled, and the resulting vacancies will be filled in turn.

During the second interview, the applicant should provide graduation certificate, degree certificate, registration certificate, ID card, relevant documents and the original certificate. Among them: if you do not receive the registration card for non-personal reasons, you must provide the certificate issued by the issuing unit; Overseas students should provide overseas academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education; Candidates who serve grassroots projects such as college students "village officials" must be allowed to apply for the certificate issued by the competent department at or above the city where the service is located.

If the certificate (certificate) is incomplete or the provided certificate (certificate) does not meet the post qualification conditions and the main information is untrue, which will affect the qualification examination, the unit and department in charge of qualification examination shall have the right to cancel the applicant's qualification to participate in the application. Candidates who fail to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically.

(1) Determining interviewers: According to the written test scores from high to low, the interviewers are ranked according to the recruitment positions, and the interviewers are determined according to the ratio of 3: 1. Applicants with full-time master's degree or above will participate in the interview alone.

Interview score 100 (two decimal places are reserved), and the passing score is 60 points. (3) Composition of interview examiners: It is planned to set up several examiner groups according to their majors. (4) The interview proposition and grading are entrusted by the county recruitment leading group to organize relevant experts.

(3) Evaluation

Those who have passed the interview will be sorted according to their total scores from high to low, and the appraisee will be determined according to 1: 1. Candidates with the same total score will be evaluated with the highest written test score. Applicants with full-time master's degree or above will be assessed according to the interview results from high score to low score. The assessment work should be in accordance with the standards of having both ability and political integrity and the requirements of the post to be hired, and fully understand the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, law-abiding, self-discipline awareness, ability and quality, work attitude, realistic performance and situations that need to be avoided. According to the assessment results, the candidates' registration qualifications will be reconfirmed. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified, and the resulting vacancies will be filled in turn. Qualified personnel determined through examination shall not be replaced if they quit. The assessment plan shall be formulated by the competent department of the recruiting unit and implemented after being approved by the county recruitment leading group.

(4) Physical examination

According to the total test scores and assessment results, the physical examination objects are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1, and the physical examination is conducted in the designated general hospital at or above the county level. The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the Physical Examination Standards and Methods of Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Shanxi Province (Revised) (Jinjiao a[2005] 19). If the medical examination is unqualified, the employment qualification will be cancelled. The physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the competent department of the recruiting unit under the guidance and supervision of the county-level human resources and social departments.

(5) Publicity

According to the examination, assessment and physical examination, the personnel to be hired are determined and publicized for seven working days. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the relevant formalities shall be handled in accordance with the regulations.

(6) Employment and treatment

After the expiration of the publicity period, the legal representative of the employing unit or its client will sign an employment contract with the employed person, and after being audited by the county social department, it will be reported to the county social department for contract registration to determine the personnel relationship. All employees are employed under the employment system and probation system, with a probation period of 6 months. The probation period is included in the labor contract. After the probation period expires and the examination is qualified, they will be formally employed. If they don't pass the exam, their employment will be cancelled.
