Based on the existing space of Logistics Park and Hengyuan Logistics Park, the development space (incremental part) is mainly expanded in Dongyang Du area, forming a national hub layout structure with unified operation of A+B area. The distance between the two places is about 60 kilometers, with a total area of about 8,000 mu and a total investment of about 20 billion yuan.
In the stock section, there are railway supervision workplaces, three special railway lines have been built, and various warehouses and freight yards cover an area of more than 600,000 square meters. The first phase covers an area of 2 182 mu with a total investment of 7.8 billion yuan, which is mainly used for the construction of Hengyang international logistics port road network, port terminal area, special railway line and information service center. The second phase covers an area of 2,400 mu with a total investment of 654.38+0.02 billion yuan. Mainly build railway combined transport area, cold chain logistics area and supporting facilities, introduce large-scale logistics enterprises, expand logistics industry chain, and realize intensive development of logistics industry. At present, Hengyang International Logistics Port has completed the expert review of the general plan of the project and passed the deliberation of the Municipal Planning Commission.
