(Of course, the survey group members are college students) again; it is not very high survey costs.

Three, results and analysis
(1) For college students to dine in different venues for the specific reasons are as follows:
(1) In the school cafeteria: college students choose to eat in the cafeteria is mainly due to the constraints of the family conditions is the main. Many students come from rural areas, less from towns. For the relatively poor farmers studying in the school is the first goal when they eat in the school cafeteria. Monthly living expenses generally come from parental provision. The basic standard of living is between 350-400 RMB per month, with some below 300 RMB. For a city like Changsha with high consumption, eating in the cafeteria can relieve some pressure on the family. Of course, some of the students from the rural areas rely on part-time jobs to earn their monthly living expenses. For the dining environment, many students are not very concerned about it. 50% of the students think that the dining environment of the school cafeteria is acceptable to them, and the taste of the food is more suitable for their own tastes, and they feel more at ease to eat. Eating in the cafeteria is more convenient than in other places, the price is more reasonable, easier to accept, and the service attitude is still good. The variety of food is relatively satisfactory. This kind of students usually seldom go out to eat with their friends. (Except for special festivals.) For the school dining hygiene and environmental conditions are relatively more satisfied.
(2) 25% of the students preferred to eat together with their close friends. Think this can contact each other's feelings, like to get together. It doesn't matter if they dine in the school cafeteria, the service corridor, or in a restaurant outside the school. They feel that eating with their friends is all about happiness. Where to eat is usually decided with friends. The price of eating at school is more cost-effective compared to off-campus and service corridors, but eating with friends is more cost-effective. For the environment of eating with friends, the quality and taste of meals are more satisfied with the promenade and off-campus restaurants, that the hygiene of the promenade and off-campus restaurants and the quantity and quality of meals are better than in the cafeteria in comparison to the quantity and quality of meals, and outside the shorter time, do not have to queue up in the cafeteria in time-consuming. The cost of living is usually between 500-800 RMB. Sometimes you will eat some of your favorite snacks with your friends at the food stalls outside the school, and generally hold a relatively indifferent attitude towards the hygiene of the food stalls, believing that it does not matter if you hold them once or twice, and that they do not pose a health hazard to your body. Holding different food will also have some help to the health of the body, so that not in the same place to eat and feel bored and lose appetite.
(3) 10% of the students preferred to eat in off-campus restaurants with flavors from their hometown. Such as different regions or the same region of different areas of the students are like to eat in their hometown people opened restaurants. It is believed that the taste of their hometown meals is more suitable for them. These students generally eat and are not influenced by peer groups. For the cafeteria walking around is also not a lot. They are more likely to think that the meals in the cafeteria are simply not adaptable to them. The taste is not suitable, hygiene is a concern, the variety of dishes is smaller, and there are no fresh patterns. The cafeteria is crowded, the queue is long, and the environment is noisy. They like a comfortable and quiet dining environment and enjoy a better service attitude. For them, a clean and comfortable environment and authentic hometown flavors are the top choices. The cost of living is usually between 800-1200 RMB. (From the family) This kind of students like to eat in their hometown boss restaurant, that the boss of their hometown when dining on the quality and quantity of meals are more assured, environmental hygiene relative to the school cafeteria and the service corridor is more satisfied with their own; and secondly, feel that their own hometown will be more caring about themselves.
(4) For 5% of the ethnic minorities, they attach more importance to their religious beliefs. Eating in the school cafeteria and service gallery is not desirable. This is because they have very high taboos in terms of diet. There are things that are not allowed to be eaten, even more so. For example, the Hui people are forbidden to eat pork, therefore, they will not eat in the cafeteria or school service corridor at all, and they have very strict requirements for the slaughter of animals, and it is not the general public can slaughter at will. Manchu students are forbidden to eat dog meat. So such a part of the students outside the interface to eat their own ethnic things, for their own ethnic religious beliefs they would rather spend more money will not eat in the school. To a large extent, they don't care about the school dining environment. When they eat out, they usually choose cleaner and more spacious restaurants with their own national characteristics, and their dining environment is not affected by any holidays. The service attitude and the quality of the food are more important than the price. The spending level of this kind of students is also generally between 800 RMB --- 1200 RMB. (Living expenses come from part-time jobs and parents.) The environment of off-campus and service corridor dining is very unhygienic and unsanitary for them, and they even consider it to be dirty, and psychologically they are more reluctant to dine in school. The hardware and software measures of dining in off-campus restaurants belonging to their own ethnic groups are relatively satisfactory, and they are more willing to dine surrounded by the atmosphere of their own ethnic cultures
(5) Another 15% of the students dined in different dining places. The places they chose were generally more spacious and bright, with a more elegant atmosphere. They pay more attention to the environment itself to bring their own sense of comfort and the pursuit of quality of life. The choice of dining environment is based on their interests and the different tastes of the food they pursue. The family conditions of these students are usually better and more affluent. For these students, school cafeterias and service corridors are rarely seen. Their monthly living standard is usually more than 1200 yuan, all from their parents. The hardware and software facilities of restaurants are more satisfying to them, and psychologically they think they are more happy to dine in a more stylish environment. The environment of school cafeterias and school service galleries is extremely poor for them, with noisy environments, long queues, and the need for peace of mind and a quiet environment for dining.
The choice of different places of consumption is firstly determined by their own family environment as the main reason, and the good or bad condition of the family is the first reason to decide their choice of different places of consumption; to reduce the burden for the family is also the first thing they consider; secondly, the influence of the peer group is also one of the dominant positions in the choice of different places of consumption of college students; again; the different national cultures, territories and regions and the third reason for choosing different places of consumption is that they do not want to eat in the same place. the third factor of choosing different dining places.
Summary, the different living environments of the family choose different dining environments, the different ethnic groups and regions choose different dining places, and the different tastes and tastes in life determine the tendency of the college students' dining consumption. Because of their own life like and personal hobbies are different and choose a different dining environment.
