In order to efficiently and accurately trace the epidemic situation in COVID-19, the use of Zhenjiang Pass Code will be promoted throughout the city from now on. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. The main function

"Zhenjiang Pass Code" is a special place two-dimensional code developed for leaving traces on people's tracks. When people enter public places, they can automatically report the information of people and the time when they enter the places by scanning the code through smart phones, which provides data support for quickly and accurately tracking people involved in epidemic risk.

II. Scope of application

The "Zhenjiang Pass Code" must be generated and posted in public places in the city, including but not limited to the following places: accommodation places, shopping places, medical institutions, financial institutions, tourist attractions, religious places, intermediaries, bathing places, beauty salons, cultural and sports entertainment places, transportation stations and bayonets, off-campus training institutions, pension welfare institutions, and so on.

III. Generation method

The way to generate the special "Zhenjiang Pass Code" two-dimensional code in public places: download and install the "Zhenheyi" APP in various mobile phone application markets with smart phones, log in and enter the "Zhenjiang Pass Code" module in the "Epidemic Prevention and Control" column after successful registration, and accurately input the relevant information of public places to generate the special "Zhenjiang" for this place.

IV. Code scanning registration

All personnel entering public places can scan the "Zhenjiang Pass Code" on the spot through the "Zhenheyi" APP, Alipay or WeChat "Sweep" function to complete registration and reporting.

For those who can't scan the code, they can register in one of the following ways:

Method 1: After scanning the Zhenjiang Pass Code, colleagues or place managers click "Report for Others" or "Travel Registration for Others" to complete the registration on their behalf.

V. Requirements for use

1. After each place generates a special "Zhenjiang Pass Code", it should be made and posted in a prominent position at the entrance and exit of the place for personnel to enter the code scanning. Places with large personnel flow or multiple entrances and exits must be posted at multiple points to ensure the efficiency of code scanning. Various complexes can generate their own "Zhenjiang Pass Code" on each floor and unit in the building to ensure accurate positioning of personnel.

2. All kinds of public places should arrange special personnel to be responsible for the code scanning registration of the people entering the venue, to ensure that "everyone will be scanned when entering", and check the "health code" and "travel code" simultaneously, and dispose of the people with red and yellow "health code" and those with "travel code" according to relevant regulations.

3. All towns and relevant units should strengthen publicity, guidance and supervision on the use of "Zhenjiang Pass Code" in public places.
