The business scope of the clothing store's business license:

2. Sales of clothing, shoes and hats, stationery and department stores; Design and development of clothing; Graphic design and production; Corporate image planning;

3. Sales of clothing, fabrics and accessories, shoes and hats, daily necessities, bedding, handicrafts (except gold ornaments) and stationery; Clothing outsourcing processing (involving licensed operation, operating with license);

4. Design all kinds of clothes and costumes; Sales of all kinds of textile yarns, knitted fabrics and knitted textiles; Technology development, technology transfer, technical consultation and technical service in the field of fashion design; Ordinary freight;

5. Clothing processing, inspection of clothing and clothing fabrics, daily necessities, handbags, clothing, shoes and hats, knitted textiles, clothing accessories, wholesale and retail, economic information services, and import and export of goods and technologies.

Legal basis: Article 7 of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China

A company established according to law shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company. The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, legal representative's name and other matters. Where the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.
