1. The applicant must be a member of the Provincial Music Association for more than 5 years, pay the membership fee on time and fulfill the membership obligations. If it is verified that there are arrears of membership fees, it is necessary to make up the arrears of membership fees and pay the membership fees for the next five years before the Music Association can declare.
2. The applicant must have the title of deputy senior high school or vice chairman of the Municipal Music Association.
3. The applicant must hand-write the application for joining the Chinese Music Association, and attach the applicant's resume, a copy of the title certificate (stamped with the official seal of the personnel department of the unit), a copy of the individual award certificate, my detailed mailing address and contact telephone number, etc.
4. The application form and relevant certification materials shall be submitted to the Chinese Music Association after being examined and approved by the municipal and provincial music associations.
6. After the Chinese Music Association has passed the examination, it shall notify its affiliated music association of the list of those who have passed the examination.
7. Those who have made outstanding contributions to the work of the Association may be given priority by the Music Association.
8. Those who fail to pass the examination must reapply and go through the above procedures.
