Cost engineer, building budget engineer, building quality inspector, building materials engineer, building builder, building safety officer, and five members of the building will be taught annually.

National vocational skill appraisal is divided into national unified examination and provincial unified examination.

1. The national unified examination

is the national unified examination organized by the National Department of Human Resources and Social Security and undertaken by the National Vocational Qualification Appraisal Center. There are two examination batches a year, in April of the first half of the year and in October of the second half.

2. The provincial unified examination

refers to the unified examination organized by local municipal human resources and social security bureaus and undertaken by local municipal skill appraisal centers, with one examination batch per month and up to 12 examination batches per year.
