First of all, this is a food hygiene problem. If it is before June 1, it should be investigated by the local health supervision office. However, China's Food Safety Law was implemented on June 1. The new law stipulates that the food and drug administration is responsible for the supervision and management of catering units, and the health supervision office is no longer supervised. However, because the institutional reform has not yet been put in place, catering units may still be temporarily managed by the health supervision office.
If the catering service unit has poor sanitary conditions, flies and insects, unclean business premises, untidy hygiene, non-disinfection of tableware, or staff without health certificates, or the unit without health permits, you can complain to the local health supervision office or health bureau. Of course, you can also report this matter to the higher health department or the local government. If they shirk and do nothing, you can report their bad style to the government or the Commission for Discipline Inspection.
To tell you the truth, I am from the health supervision department, so I am particularly clear about this matter. If you still don't understand anything, please leave me a message.
