Jaco believes that from the current overall relaxation environment of the property market, most of the housing subsidies in various places are part of the "combination boxing" of local regulation and relaxation. The effect of a single policy on market release is relatively limited, which will form a joint force with other regulatory relaxation policies and have a certain impact on the market.

Among them, the introduction of deed tax and housing subsidy policies in many places can reduce the cost of home ownership for buyers, help release potential just-needed and improved demand, enhance market vitality and play a positive role in stabilizing the development of the real estate market. However, judging from the current policy effect, some cities do not have much subsidies, and the role of boosting the market is limited. Paying housing subsidies combined with more optimization policies may play a better role.
