I. General rules:

1. Restaurant floor minister Hu Yu is the attendance manager. All departments should seek truth from facts and conscientiously implement them. 2. Employees in all departments must strictly abide by the attendance system and the current roll call system. All employees must go to work in strict accordance with the time stipulated by the restaurant.

4. Employees of all departments are not allowed to shift shifts or change holidays without permission. If there are special circumstances, it is necessary to apply to the manager in charge of attendance, otherwise it will be treated as a day of absenteeism, and those who are out of work or have gross negligence due to changing holidays will be dealt with seriously according to the situation.

Second, the roll call and attendance statistics:

Require all employees to call attendance; If you forget to call attendance, you must explain the reason to the manager on the same day; After being verified by the manager, 50 yuan will be punished every time; Those who fail to perform the corresponding procedures shall be treated as absenteeism;

1. The attendance manager of the restaurant must submit the shift schedule for the next month to the general manager of the restaurant on the 25th of each month. If it is necessary to change shifts temporarily for special reasons, it must be explained to the general manager. All employees' salaries are calculated according to attendance.

2. The statistical time of attendance record is 1-5 per month. Before the 4th of each month, the attendance sheet of last month and the leave slip should be submitted to the general manager for review.

3. Attendance records and attendance reports will be the final basis for making payroll. Once submitted to the general manager's office, each department has no right to change or supplement it.

4. If you can't call the roll due to illness, personal leave, business trip, field trip and other special reasons, you should explain the situation to the restaurant manager and attendance supervisor.

Third, the calculation of attendance:

1. Full attendance: those who fail to take leave, arrive late, leave early or miss work on normal holidays will be rewarded with full attendance 100 yuan, and the basic salary of the day will be increased if they do not take a rest.

2. Off-duty: Our employees have four days off-duty every month, and one day off in the month of national legal holidays. 3. Being late: not signing in within 30 minutes after the start of working hours;

4. Leave early: leave the job without authorization within 30 minutes before the end of working hours; 5. absenteeism:

A being late or leaving early for more than 30 minutes (inclusive); B take leave without approval or disobey the work assignment, and fail to arrive at the post without authorization; C. Failing to go through the leave formalities as required or leaving the company without justifiable reasons;

D. Failing to go through the formalities for renewing holidays with the relevant departments within the time limit for all kinds of holidays; E, leave work for more than 60 minutes without authorization during working hours;

Four. Provisions on vacation: 1. Monthly working leave:

A employees are entitled to four paid holidays every month, and the department head shall make an employee shift schedule before 28th of each month according to the work needs, and submit it to the general manager of the restaurant for review.

B holidays shall not be accumulated to next month, and public holidays shall not be used continuously. Applying for continuous public holidays is the same as asking for leave.

C new employees have been working for less than one month, and there is no public holiday in that month (employees who joined before the fifth day of that month can be given two public holidays according to the staffing situation of the restaurant). 2. Sick leave:

Employees who take sick leave must generally have a certificate from a hospital at or above the township level, and can ask for leave from the attendance administrator, but they cannot call or entrust others to take leave or take leave on behalf of others (except in special circumstances). Sick leave without a hospital is invalid. If the employee asks for sick leave within 2 days, the manager will approve it, and if it exceeds 2 days, it must be approved by the general manager. If employees suffer from acute diseases, they should immediately notify the department manager to ask for leave and go through relevant procedures as soon as possible so that the department can make overall arrangements for their work. If there is no work-related injury, the corresponding salary will be deducted according to the regulations of the restaurant, and the work-related injury will be implemented according to relevant policies. 3. Personal leave:

Employees who cannot go to work for personal reasons can apply for personal leave one day in advance. Personal leave shall be approved by the attendance manager within 2 days, and by the general manager for more than 2 days; Unapproved personal leave shall be treated as absenteeism, and the corresponding salary shall be deducted according to the regulations of the restaurant during the holiday. 4. Special leave:

Statutory holidays: the annual statutory holidays are 9 days. New Year's Day (Gregorian calendar 1 month 1 day) is 1 day;

The Spring Festival (the first day, second day and third day of the first lunar month) lasts for 3 days; Tomb-Sweeping Day 1 day;

International Labor Day (May in Gregorian calendar 1 day) is 1 day; Dragon Boat Festival (the fifth day of the fifth lunar month) 1 day; Mid-Autumn Festival (August 15th of the lunar calendar) 1 day; National Day (Gregorian calendar 10/day) is 1 day.

Holidays are not allowed in the holiday service industry, but they can be made up before and after holidays. B marriage leave:

(1) Employees who have worked for more than one year are married according to the national legal marriage age (26 years for men and 24 years for women). Enjoy 7 days paid marriage leave; If the leave time exceeds the statutory marriage leave, it will be treated as personal leave.

The application for marriage leave should be submitted to the restaurant manager one month ago, and a marriage certificate must be presented. Marriage leave must be used within six months after marriage and cannot be used for other purposes.

③ Marriage leave must be used continuously. In case of weekends and legal holidays, it will not be used cumulatively. (4) children get married, leave 1 day. Bereavement leave:

(a) spouse, parents (including adoptive parents, stepparents), children funeral, leave for 2 days; ② Grandparents, grandparents, brothers and sisters are in mourning, and 1 day off; D birthday leave: employees can be given a half-day holiday according to the operation of the restaurant.

5. Salary during absence and vacation: 1. Late arrival (early departure): calculated according to the fine of 5 yuan. 2. Sick leave: Sick leave only cancels the basic salary of the day. 3. Personal leave:

Answer: Ask for leave 1 day, cancel the basic salary of that day+deduct 0.5 days; B: Ask for leave for 2 days, and cancel the basic salary+deduction 1 day; C: Leave for 3 days, cancel the basic salary of the day+deduct 2 days, and so on until the salary of the current month is deducted. 4. absenteeism:

A: attendance record of absenteeism less than 60 minutes+penalty 5 yuan B: attendance record of absenteeism less than 2 hours+penalty half a day's salary.

C: Half-day absenteeism, half-day basic salary will be deducted+1 day; D: absenteeism 1 day, and the basic salary of that day will be cancelled+2 days' basic salary will be deducted; E: absenteeism for 2 days, cancellation of basic salary for that day+deduction of basic salary for 4 days; F: Being absent from work for three days in a row and resigning automatically.

Handling of resignation of intransitive verbs

1. Resignation: Unpaid wages will be paid on the date of salary payment, and the deposit for half a year's work will be fully refunded, and the clothing depreciation fee will be deducted for less than half a year.

2. Voluntary resignation or dismissal: confiscation of unpaid wages, bonuses and deposits.

Vii. Permission for leave approval 1. Leave must be approved.

2. Grass-roots employees in the restaurant ask for leave for 1-2 days, which is first approved by the department manager, then submitted to the attendance manager of the restaurant for approval, and more than 2 days will be approved by the general manager.
