In 2022, the certificate of health professional and technical qualification examination has been sent to Qingdao, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Time and place of handling
(1) Centralized processing time of the competent department (pingdu city Health Planning Bureau): 9: 00 a.m.-12: 00 p.m. and 1:30-5:30 p.m. in 2022 (except weekends and national holidays).

Second, the treatment method
(1) is handled centrally by the competent department.
Those who pass the examination (see Annex 1 for the list) shall prepare the required materials (Annex 2) as required, and submit them to the pingdu city Municipal Health Bureau, which will handle them uniformly within the specified time after summarizing the relevant materials. Those who pass the examination can log on to the official website of Qingdao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (), post the column of personnel examination certificate in the personnel talent section, and submit and complete the registration of their relevant mailing information; Or search for "certificate mailing" through the search bar of government service project at the top of "Love Shandong" APP, and select certificate mailing after completing registration and certification according to relevant guidelines.
The certificate is delivered by the postal courier company, and the mailing fee is paid on the spot when signing. Tariff standard: Qingdao (including six districts and four cities) 15 yuan, 20 yuan outside the city.
(3) Personal on-site treatment

Third, matters needing attention
(a) qualified personnel can choose the competent department to handle the certificate, mail it or handle it in person according to their personal circumstances.
(2) According to the relevant provisions of Lu Renshe Zi [20 19]No. 12, the certificate that has not been received five years after the end of the examination shall be handed over by the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department to the designated printing enterprise for unified destruction according to the requirements of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Candidates who are unable to receive the certificate within the centralized collection time due to personal reasons may choose another time (except weekends and national legal holidays) according to the requirements of this notice within five years after the end of the examination.
(3) According to documentNo. [202 1]97 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the professional qualification certificates of professional and technical personnel printed since 20021use electronic certificates, which have the same legal effect as paper certificates, and paper certificates are still issued in the original way. If the issued paper certificate is lost, damaged or overdue, it will not be reissued.
