3 Construction safety assurance measures
1) Due to the need to construct in the blockade point, the time is short, and the erection and demolition must be carried out in strict accordance with the plan to shorten the operation time as much as possible.
2) Strict construction protection, perfect driving protection system, and earnestly implement safety protection regulations. Protection personnel should be familiar with protection knowledge and skills, take up their posts in advance, and all kinds of driving protection articles and signal signs must be complete, effective, eye-catching and correctly installed.
3) during the blockade construction, the station liaison officer shall be set up in the driving room of the station, and the site protection officer shall be set up at the construction site. The station liaison officer and site protection officer shall be held by employees who have passed strict training and examination. Station liaison officers and site guards should keep communication status at any time, master the situation of construction site and train operation, and notify station attendant and the person in charge of construction in time if any abnormal situation is found.
4) The portable telephones, walkie-talkies and signal equipment used for protection shall be properly kept, checked and tried frequently to ensure good performance when used. The resident liaison officer shall strengthen the contact with station attendant and the site protector, and strictly implement the review system when talking with the site protector to prevent wrong listening, and record the contents of the call in time.
5) The construction safety monitoring personnel, site protection personnel and station liaison personnel shall arrive at their posts no later than 51 minutes before the start of construction, and the construction workers and personnel of construction cooperation units shall arrive at a safe place near the construction site 31 minutes before the start of construction and assemble for standby.
