The management measures propose that units and individuals that temporarily occupy the space under urban bridges upon approval shall abide by relevant regulations. The distance between the installed facilities and the bottom surface and pier of the bridge shall not be less than 1.5m, and the pier, ancillary facilities and other municipal facilities of the bridge shall not be fenced or occupied, which will affect the inspection, maintenance and repair operations.

Electricity consumption shall comply with the Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings (JJ16-2008), and it is not allowed to pull wires and sockets privately or overload electricity consumption; It is not allowed to use high-power electrical appliances such as electric furnaces to keep warm in winter. According to the requirements, units and individuals that have been approved to temporarily occupy the space under urban bridges should actively cooperate with the supervision and management of the municipal engineering facilities management department and the inspection and maintenance work of the bridge maintenance unit. When the bridge is overhauled, the units and individuals temporarily occupied shall cooperate and vacate the land at any time; Facilities that hinder the safety and maintenance of bridge structures should be immediately and unconditionally adjusted and removed.

During the period of temporary occupation, if the bridge body is damaged due to parked vehicles or other accidents, the units and individuals temporarily occupied shall bear the loss of bridge repair. If the pavement under the urban bridge is damaged, subsided or destroyed due to long-term rolling of vehicles, the units and individuals temporarily occupying it shall promptly organize the repair. In case of personal injury and property loss such as vehicles caused by these accidents, the units and individuals temporarily occupied shall bear the relevant liability for compensation.
