People entering Germany in Fangchenggang, Lincang, Dehong, Hohhot, Hulunbeier, Huludao, Heihe, Dongguan, Shenzhen and other areas where local epidemics have occurred, please bring negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and then conduct 1 nucleic acid tests after arriving at the destination; Those who have recently arrived in Germany from the above-mentioned areas should take the initiative to report to the community, hotels and units, conduct nucleic acid tests twice within 3 days according to regulations, continue to conduct self-health monitoring for 7 days, and take personal protection when going out if necessary. Once you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, stuffy nose, runny nose, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea, please report immediately and go to the fever clinic for treatment, and explain the epidemiological history in detail.
2. Personnel from counties in medium and high-risk areas are temporarily suspended from coming to Germany. If you really need to come to Germany, you will be quarantined for 7 days and monitored at home for 7 days after arrival. Those who have arrived in the middle and high-risk areas within 14 days before the announcement, shall be subject to health management until 14 days after arrival, and shall be tested for nucleic acid twice in the first 3 days after follow-up, and shall not go out or gather unless necessary after returning home.
3. People from other counties in the prefecture-level cities where the medium and high-risk areas are located do not have to come to Germany. If you really need to come to Germany, you must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and conduct 1 nucleic acid tests after arrival. Those who have arrived within 14 days before the announcement of the high-risk areas will be tested for nucleic acid twice.
4. Service support personnel, isolated places, designated hospitals, fever clinics, cold chain-related enterprises and other high-risk posts who have direct contact with inbound personnel or goods in airports and ports should try their best to avoid coming to Germany. Those who really need to enter Germany must have been away from their jobs for more than 14 days and have negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours, and report to the destination community three days in advance, and do not go out or gather after returning home.
5. Persons who have lived in land border port cities in recent four days, please hold negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and have a nucleic acid test upon arrival.
6. For those who have a recent travel history, please pay close attention to the information of epidemic cases and asymptomatic infected persons published in the epidemic area and the information of medium and high risk areas. Close contacts, sub-close contacts, people who overlap with the space-time trajectory of the activities of positive infected people, people who have been to or passed through high-risk areas, and people accompanying them in the air at the same time should immediately report to communities, hotels and units to cooperate with the implementation of isolated medical observation.

Strictly restrict travel to medium and high-risk areas and counties, and do not travel to other counties in prefecture-level cities where medium and high-risk areas are located unless necessary; Personnel in high-risk positions should try their best to avoid traveling. Those who really need to travel must meet the requirements of leaving their jobs for more than 14 days and holding negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours, and report to their units; Fever patients, health code "yellow code" and other personnel should fulfill their personal protection responsibilities, actively cooperate with health monitoring and nucleic acid detection, and do not travel until the risk of infection is ruled out.
VIII. It is suggested to check the latest epidemic prevention and control policies of the destination through the Chinese government website and the State Council client applet in advance before traveling, actively cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control measures, and take personal protection on the way.
9. Strictly implement personal protective measures such as "wearing a mask, washing hands frequently, measuring temperature frequently and gathering less", and develop good personal hygiene habits. In case of fever, cough, fatigue and other symptoms, go to the fever clinic of the medical institution immediately and try to avoid taking public transportation.
