(4) Asphalt paint with a thickness greater than 100um must be painted on the metal surface in contact with the masonry, plastering or concrete surface.

2. Finished product protection

(1) The personnel shall be responsible for the lifting of the hanging basket, and elastic soft materials shall be set inside to prevent the curtain wall and glass from being damaged. When the work is over, the hanging basket should be placed on the floor (or ground) where the fixed curtain wall has not been installed.

(2) The installed curtain wall shall be supervised by designated personnel, and the upper part shall be covered with baffles to prevent the curtain wall from being damaged by blanking during the upper part construction. When welding the upper floor, a special "spark bucket" should be set to prevent the curtain wall from being damaged by sparks. When working near the curtain wall, shielding measures should also be taken to prevent aluminum alloy materials from being polluted and glass from being damaged.

(3) Before completion, use window cleaner to scrub the curtain wall.

3. Project acceptance

(1) The curtain wall project shall be accepted after the building is completed (excluding the secondary decoration), and its surface shall be scrubbed clean before acceptance.

(2) The following materials shall be submitted when the curtain wall project is accepted:

1) design drawings, documents, design modification and material substitution documents;

2) Ex-factory quality certificate of materials and components, profile test report, silicone structural sealant compatibility and adhesion test report;

3) Acceptance documents for concealed works;

4) Building installation self-inspection record.

(3) Curtain wall engineering quality should be inspected according to appearance inspection and sampling inspection. Take one curtain wall as the inspection unit, and each curtain wall should be inspected.

(4) The appearance inspection of curtain wall engineering shall be carried out according to the following requirements:

1) The frame material of the open frame curtain wall should be vertical and horizontal; Unit flat-fell seam or hidden frame of unit curtain wall

Curtain wall frame glass flat-fell seam should be firm, flat, seam width should be uniform, and meet the design requirements;

2) The variety, specification and color of glass should be consistent with the design, and the color should be basically uniform. Aluminum alloy materials should not have alkali precipitation, mildew and coating shedding;

3) The installation direction of the glass should be correct;

4) The color of metal materials should be consistent with the design, and the color should be basically uniform, and aluminum alloy materials should not have peeling phenomenon.

5) The surface of aluminum alloy decorative pressing plate should be smooth, and there should be no defects such as deformation, fatigue lines or local rolling that can be detected by naked eyes;

6) The treatment of upper, lower, side seals, settlement joints, expansion joints and seismic joints of curtain wall and lightning protection system shall comply with the provisions of brick doors.

7) Curtain wall concealed node cover sealing decoration should be neat and beautiful.

8) Curtain wall shall not leak.
