Article 3 The urban drainage referred to in these regulations, refers to the city's industrial wastewater, domestic sewage (hereinafter collectively referred to as sewage) and rainwater discharge, acceptance, conveyance, as well as sewage treatment and reuse. The units and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the work of urban drainage shall be recognized and rewarded. Article 9 urban drainage facilities refers to the drainage network, pumping stations, sewage treatment plants, sludge final disposal facilities and other related facilities, as well as by the drainage management department management of the drainage river, pits and ponds.

Urban drainage facilities are divided into public **** drainage facilities and self-built drainage facilities. Public **** drainage facilities refers to urban drainage facilities managed by the drainage management department. Self-built drainage facilities refers to the property rights unit to invest in the construction and management of drainage facilities. Article XVI of the new construction, alteration and expansion projects, the construction unit shall be in accordance with the requirements of urban drainage planning, construction of drainage facilities at the same time. Units and individual businesses (hereinafter collectively referred to as drainage households) of the drainage pipe connected to urban drainage facilities, should be set up to lie mud wells; catering outlets should be set up grease traps; toilets should be set up septic wells. Article 18 The construction of urban drainage facilities, shall be subject to the supervision of the city municipal engineering quality supervision organization.

Included in the public **** drainage facilities management scope of the drainage project is completed, the construction unit shall be to the drainage management department for acceptance and handover procedures.
