Tianjin University Ren'ai College is a private full-time general undergraduate college, approved by the Ministry of Education and founded by Tianjin University and Tianjin Ren'ai Group Co. Since its establishment in 2006, the school has always been upholding the philosophy of running a high-level and distinctive school.

In February 2021, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the college was successfully transformed into an independent private ordinary college and renamed as Tianjin Renai College.
