I want to buy a house in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Hainan. I wonder what it's like there?
Yangpu Bonded Port Area is the fourth bonded port area established in China and the first bonded port area established in South China after Shanghai Yangshan Bonded Port Area, Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port Area and Dalian Dayaowan Bonded Port Area. Nevertheless, I don't think this is the best choice for the following reasons:

One is the poor air quality.

Yangpu is mainly based on industrial development, and large enterprises such as refining and chemical industry and Jinhai pulp are actually very polluted. Take Jinhai Pulp as an example, once a week, residents report that it smells bad and is harmful to health. The purpose of providing for the aged is to find a place with fresh and quiet air, which is inconsistent and crucial;

Second, the traffic is inconvenient.

Yangpu Economic Development Zone is located in the northwest of Hainan Province, more than 50 kilometers away from Haikou/KLOC-0. It takes more than two hours by car, and there is no train yet. There are few local buses, and I have never seen a taxi. I can only travel by tricycle.

Third, the living facilities are not complete.

With the establishment of Yangpu Bonded Port, Yangpu's economy has indeed developed greatly, but Yangpu is a small place after all, with too small consumer groups, imperfect living facilities and inconvenient life.

Fourth, the consumption level is higher.

As far as I know, Yangpu's consumption level is much higher than Haikou's, and restaurants and food markets are about twice as high as Haikou's, so the usual cost of living is high.
