2. Introduction of Liaoning Normal University
Liaoning Normal University, referred to as "Liaoning Normal University", is located in Dalian, Liaoning Province. It is a provincial-level key university with the coordinated development of economy, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, medicine, management and art.
Liaoning Normal University was founded in September of 195 1 year, when it was first established as Lvda Normal College; April 1953, renamed Dalian Normal University; On July 1958, Dalian Normal University and dalian university of foreign languages merged to form Dalian Normal University. In July 1960, the school was renamed Liaoning Normal University; 1983 12 was renamed as Liaoning Normal University; 198 1 was approved as a master's degree awarding unit; 1998 was granted the right to confer doctoral degrees.
3. Introduction of Shenyang Normal University
Shenyang Normal University, located in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, was organized and supervised by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government, and was selected into the "Excellent Legal Talents Education and Training Plan" and "Excellent Teachers Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education. It is the first batch of pilot universities in the Ministry of Education to carry out comprehensive reform of professional degree postgraduate education. Shenyang Normal University was founded in 195 1. Its predecessor was Northeast Institute of Education, and 1953 was renamed shenyang normal College. 1965 was renamed Liaoning first normal college; 1978 Restore the name of shenyang normal College. In 2002, Shenyang Normal University and Liaoning Institute of Education merged to form Shenyang Normal University.

Haihua College of Liaoning Normal University is a full-time undergraduate college (independent college) approved by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education in July 2000 and confirmed by the Ministry of Education for the first time in February 2003.
