I. Application for membership

Association members include group members and unit members. According to the Articles of Association of Guangdong Catering Service Industry Association, anyone who recognizes the Articles of Association and is willing to undertake the obligations stipulated by the Association, voluntarily applies and meets the following conditions can become a member of the Association with the approval of the Association.

II. Conditions for applying for membership:

Catering enterprises in Guangdong Province, enterprises and institutions related to catering services, catering associations (chambers of commerce, societies and research institutes), universities and research institutions, and enterprises involved in upstream and downstream industries of catering services, regardless of affiliation and ownership nature, can voluntarily apply for membership.

3. Go through the formalities of applying for membership

1. Fill in an application form for membership and provide relevant materials, including:

① 1 copies of company profile;

② 1 copies of the business license of the corporate entity;

③ 1 copies of organization code certificate;

④ 1 copies of enterprise trademark registration certificate;

⑤ membership application form (with official seal);

⑥ provide electronic documents: enterprise registered trademark LOGO(JPG file), resume of the person in charge of the unit and three-inch color photos (electronic documents can be sent to the official email address of the Secretariat;

2. Send the application materials to Guangdong Catering Service Industry Association;

3. After receiving the complete information of the applicant enterprise, the secretariat of the Association will inform the audit result within two weeks;

4. After the membership is approved, the enterprise will pay the membership fee;

5. Distribute membership certificate and plaque.

IV. Rights and services enjoyed by members

(1) Rights:

1. Voting, voting, being elected and supervision;

2. The right to take part in the activities of the Association first;

3. The right to criticize and suggest the work of the Association;

4. Give priority to the services and materials provided by the Association;

5. You can learn about the articles of association from the Association;

6. Right to withdraw from the meeting.

(II) Service items

1. Information and publicity services

① Give members 1 copies of New Catering Journal every issue;

② The publicity opportunities provided by the "Member Zone" on the website of the Association (under preparation), and the free publication of enterprise trends, enterprise introductions and picture information;

③ members can visit the website of the association to browse the latest development trends of catering services at home and abroad, relevant industry development reports and relevant data;

④ provide marketing strategy consulting services such as external publicity, media cooperation and brand promotion for member enterprises.

2. Training support

① Offering qualification training identification such as vocational skill appraisal and post qualification certification;

② according to the needs of human resources development in the industry, help enterprises to make training plans;

③ entrusted by the China Cuisine Association, China Hotel Association and other institutions and government departments, various skills training and education activities were carried out.

3. Public relations service:

① According to the requirements of members, assist in organizing exchanges among members and build a platform for cooperation among members;

② reflect the suggestions and needs of enterprise members to relevant government departments, hold dialogue and exchange activities between member enterprises and relevant government departments, and enhance the communication and maintenance between enterprises and the government;

③ The Association organizes various forms of networking activities to strengthen the contact and communication between members and news media, financial institutions, consulates of various countries and relevant associations;

④ build a platform for business exchange and mutually beneficial cooperation between catering enterprises and related industries, including catering facilities, food raw and auxiliary materials, information technology and other related enterprises.

4. Consulting services:

① Formulate industry policies and provide consulting services such as industry regulations, industry development and planning.

② provide consulting services for member enterprises in terms of shop location, marketing planning, human resources, fiscal planning, law and trademark.

5. Rights protection service:

① Timely reflect the rights protection requirements of members to the government to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of member enterprises;

② strive for supporting policies from the government on the premise of industry interests;

V. Obligations to be performed by members and regulations on member management

(1) Fulfilling obligations:

1. Abide by the articles of association of the association, actively participate in and support the activities of the association and professional committees, and voluntarily complete the work entrusted by them;

2. Provide timely and accurate information and materials needed by the Association;

3. safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association and the industry, actively reflect the situation to the association and make suggestions;

4. Pay the membership fee as required.

(II) Management Regulations

1. Without permission, members can't contact the outside world on behalf of the Association;

2. The member's legal representative, enterprise name, mailing address, telephone number and fax number shall be notified to the member department of the Association Secretariat in time;

3. Members should notify the Association Secretariat in writing and return their membership cards. If a member fails to pay the membership fee or participate in the activities of this association for 1 years, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal and the membership will be cancelled;

4. Any member who does not abide by the articles of association will be criticized and educated by the association; If there is any serious violation of the Articles of Association, it will be removed from the membership by voting at the general meeting.
