At present, Xi 'an Tourism Group has two listed companies, including Xi 'an Tourism, Xi 'an Catering, Xi 'an Overseas Travel Company and Xi 'an China Travel Service, as well as eight holding enterprises, namely Evergrande Real Estate Company, Xi 'an Tang Cheng Co., Ltd., Guangrui Property Management Company and Dasheng Bronze Culture and Art Company. It has six wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Xi 'an Dahan Shanglinyuan Company, Xi 'an Qinling Wildlife Park, Xi 'an Huiqun Group Company, Xilv Group Automobile Company and Xi 'an Louguantai Zongshenggong Tourism Development Company. The Group has two national AAAA scenic spots, two four-star hotels, 12 one-to three-star hotels, eight national super hotels and 11 Chinese time-honored shops. Xi 'an Catering Group, a holding company, occupies one tenth of the catering market in Xi 'an, and has a large number of well-known catering brands such as Xi 'an Restaurant, Tongshengxiang, Laosunjia, Defachang and Greater Hong Kong.
