In p>1993, the Fishermen's Office of Xiangzhou District People's Government (renamed Xiangwan Sub-district Office in 1999) reclaimed land in Yelidao, Xiangzhou to build Jiangnan Seafood House. After the completion of the main four-story building, Xiangwan Office and Hanhua Company signed a transfer contract on October 21, 2111, transferring the land for the seafood boat and the above-ground buildings to Hanhua Company for 26.3 million yuan. On July 6, 2113, Hanhua Company leased the Jiangnan seafood boat to Zhuhai Jida Deyuelou Catering Co., Ltd., renamed it "Deyuelou Boat", with a lease term of 12 years.

Although this issue has never been thoroughly studied, people in Zhuhai may think that it is the same company as Deyuelou, so it is also called Deyue.
