To apply for a tobacco license, people with disabilities need to operate in their own property in their own name. Those under 60 years of age who have the ability to operate independently can apply. Persons with mental disability, intellectual disability, visual disability, hearing disability and bedridden cannot register.
1. After handling the business license, bring the disability certificate, ID card and real estate license (real estate license issued by urban houses, building approval form issued by rural houses or property right certificate issued by township level) to the tobacco window!
1) Original application for tobacco monopoly retail license 1 copy;
(2) 1 Copy of the applicant's ID card;
(3) Two bareheaded 1 inch photos of the applicant;
(4) Proof of business premises (copy of property right certificate of self-owned house, copy of lease agreement of rented house, copy of house use certificate issued by neighborhood committee, village committee or relevant units without property right certificate and lease agreement);
(5) The plan of the business place;
(6) Power of attorney and identity certificate of the agent.
