Use this QR code scanning software to scan the QR code on the invoice and scan out the original information (a combination of a series of numbers and commas).

Copy the original information and forward it to the PC client via QQ or WeChat.

Make an EXCEL to process the original information. The original information is ordinary and not encrypted. Use several MID functions to extract the available information in segments, and then copy and paste the processed information into the required EXCEL.

The information that can be taken out includes invoice date, invoice code, invoice number, total amount excluding tax, etc.

Note that the QR code does not contain tax information.

In fact, the process is somewhat complicated, not necessarily much faster than direct input, but it is helpful to reduce the error rate.
