Cai Jiazan (1986), a native of Hong Kong and Jiedong, Guangdong, is a famous young entrepreneur in Hong Kong and the youngest son of Cai Zhiming, the "toy king" in Hong Kong. He is a member of China People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Guangxi, a member of China People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Shenzhen and the executive vice president of Guangxi Federation of Associations.
