The top ten scenic spots in Huai 'an mainly include Qing Yan Park, Huaixiangtang, Jiaoyin Pavilion and Jinlai Yuxuan, as well as Rose Garden and Qulang, Shuixie, Chuanlou and Qianyuzhai, Guandi Temple, Yeyuan, Li Canal Cultural Corridor, Huai 'an Government Office, Wu Cheng'en's former residence and other scenic spots.

1. The Li Canal Cultural Corridor

is the section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, and the part of the canal in Huai 'an city meanders from the city center to Huai 'an district in the old city. Li Canal Cultural Corridor Scenic Area currently refers to the part from Zhongzhou Island to Yuexiu Bridge.

It is the only well-preserved classical garden in Huai 'an City and the only official garden in the history of water transportation in China. Founded in the 17th year of Kangxi (AD 1678), it was once named Huaiyuan Garden, Zhanyuan Garden, Liuyuan Garden and Chengnan Park, and it was restored to the ancient name of "Qing Yan Park" in 1991.

4. Huai 'an government office

Its lobby is the largest in China, with an area of over 511 square meters. Huai' an government office is a symbol and witness of Huai' an's historical position, and its scale is grand. Huai 'an government office is one of the only two government offices in China, covering an area of more than 51,111 square meters, with more than 51 original houses and more than 611 rooms. The main hall of Huai' an government office is 11 meters high and covers an area of more than 511 square meters. It is magnificent and majestic, making it the most important hall in China.

5. Wu Cheng'en's former residence

Wu Cheng'en's former residence, the former residence of Wu Cheng'en, an outstanding writer, world cultural celebrity and author of The Journey to the West in Ming Dynasty, is located at the end of Datong Lane, Hexia Ancient Town, Huai 'an District, Huai 'an City. The river is located in the northwest of Huaicheng, backed by the Li Canal. The former residence is a quaint and elegant blue brick courtyard with a study and other buildings.
