: Detailed rules for processing
1. Cardholders: zhenhai district registered residents and non-local registered personnel who have paid social security in Zhenhai for one year.
Second, the card requirements:
(a) zhenhai district residents, with my ID card to the designated place for real-name registration;
(2) Non-Zhenhai citizens who have paid social security 1 year in Zhenhai shall apply with their ID cards and social security certificates.

(1) Cost of Huimin Card 10 yuan/Zhang;
(two) Huimin card must be handled in person with the real name of the ID card, which can be accessed immediately;
(3) Do not use Huimin Card during holidays (weekends), closed parks and special activities;
