First, make sure that the power cord of the printer is normally powered on to the printer (specifically, you can see whether some power lights on the printer are on or not). Simply put, after the printer is powered on, press the switch of the printer to see if the printer is moving. If there is no movement, just look at whether there is electricity or not behind the socket;

after confirming that the printer can be powered on, plug the data cable of the printer into the printer, and the other end is generally USB port. This end is plugged into the USB port of the computer. Personally, I suggest that it is best to plug it into those USB ports at the back of the main chassis.

after plugging it in, there will be a prompt in the lower right corner of the general computer desktop to find the new hardware; If you can't find it, you can check whether it is your computer-related settings or whether the printer is powered on, or whether the data cable is in good contact!
