probation assessment: employees are included in the assessment from the day they enter the company, and the whole probation period (3-6 months) is the assessment cycle, and the assessment content is divided into two parts:

(2) Behavior assessment during probation.

The training forms are mainly internal teaching, reading relevant materials, "training while working" or job rotation.
internal training: the internal training includes the company's new management system, application of new technologies, operating procedures, notices, personal qualities, job skills, promotion and job transfer, and special training in technology, management and market, etc. It can also be hobbies, such as foreign languages, literature, photography, film reviews, etc.
