Eighth governments at all levels and their health departments shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the province, implement the welfare benefits of medical and health personnel participating in first aid. Specific measures shall be formulated by the financial department in conjunction with the health department and reported to the government at the same level for approval. The municipal health department shall establish a cooperation mechanism with the entry-exit inspection and quarantine department to exchange forecast information in a timely manner.
