Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau is responsible for the supervision and management of pollution prevention and control of kitchen waste generation and disposal service units, and investigate and deal with violations of environmental protection laws and regulations in kitchen waste disposal activities according to law.

The Municipal Public Security Bureau is responsible for the supervision and management of road traffic safety of food waste transport vehicles, investigate and deal with all kinds of unlicensed vehicles engaged in food waste transport according to law, and severely crack down on criminal acts that endanger the environment and personal health by producing, managing and using food waste processed products.

The Municipal Finance Bureau shall guarantee the capital investment in the disposal of kitchen waste.

Municipal departments of industry and commerce, development and reform, transportation, commerce, price, housing and urban and rural construction shall, according to their respective functions and duties, do a good job in the management of kitchen waste.
