(3) Hainan Province domicile means that the applicant's permanent resident registered household location is Hainan Province before the closing time for registration; Baoting Li and Miao autonomous county domicile means that the permanent resident registered household location is Baoting Li and Miao autonomous county before the closing time for registration.
(4) Fresh graduates of general higher education in 2023 shall obtain the graduation certificate before July 31, 2023; former graduates of general higher education shall obtain it before the deadline of the registration time.
