Chapter I General Provisions

Article 16 The employing unit shall guarantee the floating population's right to join and organize trade unions according to law. In trade union activities, the floating population enjoys the same rights as the permanent population.

Chapter III Management of Floating Population

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 33 These Provisions shall come into force as of April 6, 2009. Temporary residence permits for floating population issued before the implementation of these Provisions shall be renewed after the expiration of the validity period.
