In order to strengthen the construction of ecological and civilized county towns, ensure the safety of the public, citizens and the property of the state, collectives and individuals, and create a good living environment, according to the Regulations of the State Council on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers and the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, the county people's government decided to prohibit fireworks and firecrackers from being set off in the county towns during the Spring Festival this year. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. The various types of fireworks and firecrackers in this notice refer to fireworks, firecrackers, firecrackers and fireworks bombs that can produce smoke and sound.

2. The area where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited is within the built-up area of the county: Yingpi archway in the east, Zhengshui River and Wushui River in the south of the county, No.1 Middle School and Chuanshan Technical School in the west and Liansheng Road in the north.

3. The time for setting off fireworks is 16 days from Lunar New Year's Eve to the 15th day of the first month.

Urban management law enforcement departments should promptly discourage all kinds of fireworks and firecrackers, strengthen the standardized management of fireworks and firecrackers mobile sales booth personnel, and seriously investigate and deal with illegal sales and fireworks. At the same time, a report telephone number is set up to welcome the public to report all kinds of illegal sales of fireworks and firecrackers. If fireworks and firecrackers are set off in the county during the Spring Festival, the public security organ shall order them to stop, and impose a fine of more than 111 yuan and less than 511 yuan; Those who refuse or obstruct law enforcement officers from performing official duties according to law shall be punished by the public security organs in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishment; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
