(2) Assign the responsibility of comprehensively coordinating food safety and organizing the investigation and handling of major food safety accidents to the Provincial Health Department.

(3) The responsibilities of food hygiene license of the Provincial Health Department, food safety supervision and management of consumption links such as restaurants and canteens (hereinafter referred to as consumption links) and health supervision and management of health food and cosmetics are assigned to the Provincial Food and Drug Administration.

(4) handing over the technical review of drugs and medical devices to public institutions.
