How to remove fishbone
1. If the fish we buy has hard scales, first scrape them off with the back of a knife and cut off the fins with scissors.
2. Throw the fish's stomach with a knife and take out all the internal organs. Remember never to break the fish gall, otherwise it will be too bitter.
3. Cut the knife from the place near the fishbone, stick the fishbone piece and take out the fishbone.
4. You can see that there are some fishbones near the internal organs of the fish (if you can't see them, you can gently press the fish with your hands), and slice the fish with fishbones. Remember, both pieces of fish should be sliced with fishbones.
5. The remaining two fish also have many small thorns on their backs. You can cut these thorns from the fish's back with a knife. In this way, the meat near the fishbone is taken out without fishbone at all.
6. There are many thin bones on the fish's back, but it would be a pity to throw them away. You can scrape this part of the fish gently with the back of the knife and slowly scrape out the bones to eat.
